Exchange

We do offer an exchange if the incorrect size is selected by the customer. The customer is required to pay any shipping cost associated with the exchange.

We do supply a size chart on our website to avoid this process and insist that if you have any concerns you contact us at lilynivert@wostmanted.com.com before placing your order.

We do not offer an exchange for change of mind. 

Any purchase of sale items is final.

Customers must contact lilynivert@wostmanted.com within 14 days of receiving their goods to request an exchange. 

Upon the exchange request, we will forward the full instructions for the exchange. 

Wostmanted  cannot be held responsible for items that may be lost or damaged during an exchange or return. The customer must be careful to address clearly, wrap secure and registered post the item being returned.

Any items not securely packaged will not be accepted. Any item wrapped only in bubble wrap or in an envelope will not be accepted. The item must be protected by its original or similar box .

Refunds

We do not offer refunds unless the item is proven to be faulty in which we will offer you a repair, replacement or refund of our choice depending on the fault.  

Proof of purchase is required for any refunds or exchange.
